If your bank or credit card isn’t listed, please search for it. If your bank still doesn’t appear in the results, select the "Can't find your bank?" link and follow the instructions.

If your bank account is not connecting, please reach out to our customer support team via the Boom app or the Boom website.

If you do not link your bank account or if your bank isn't available on Plaid, we are unfortunately unable to serve you.
