Prior to reporting rent payments to the credit bureaus, Boom must verify your current landlord and/or property manager.

If you make your payments to a individual independent landlord, please provide their first and last name along with their email address.

If you make your payments to a company rather than an individual, please put the name, phone number and email of the company. Please DO NOT submit the name of an individual that works for the landlord/property manager. This includes individuals at the front desk or leasing office.
