We have discontinued the past-payments-only reporting to standardize all enrollments. However, you can still enroll new addresses for $36 per year. Note: We will only report one address per subscription.

For example, you have lived at 123 Main St. from 07/01/2020 and have just recently moved out, you may opt to enroll the new address of 234 Barton St. for another $36 (1 year of reporting).

Boom can only approve one address for ongoing reporting in line with our reporting residential address. Please note it is critical that the correct lease start/end dates are submitted because overlapping start/end dates for different addresses is not acceptable.

For example, having a lease start date of 07/18/2023 for 123 Main St, but also having a lease start date of 06/01/2023 for 234 Barton St is not acceptable.
