The reason that you are being asked to (re)connect your bank account is because the Plaid link has been disconnected. We are requesting to have your bank account (specifically the one in which rent payments are submitted) connected so we can verify rental payments and continue accurately reporting payments to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis.
After signing into the app, please click on the button on the top left hand corner of the main screen. Once selected, please click on "Linked Accounts", which will display all linked bank accounts.
Please remove the disconnected account by clicking the "X" next to the name of your linked account.
A warning screen will appear, which you will then select "Unlink bank".
Once the account is unlinked and removed, please "Link new bank" that rent is paid from.
