As of August 2024, Boom does offer past reporting of up to 24 months to property manager / landlord residents. Please submit all past reporting requests prior to the 10th of each month, which is when past payments will get added.

Depending on the contract terms, there will be a charge per resident to add past payments, which will sent at the end of that month via Stripe invoice.
