Listing Health is a dedicated feed channel that automatically monitors the status of your listings. It is activated the first time BOOM detects any issue with the accessibility or availability of your listing. Whether your listing suddenly becomes inactive or faces other potential issues, Listing Health ensures you stay informed and can act quickly.
How to Access the Listing Health Feed
To access the Listing Health feed and start monitoring the status of your listings, follow these steps:
From the main menu, go to
module.In the side menu, you’ll find a section labeled Listing Health.
This is where you will receive updates and notifications about any issues with your listings.
How It Works?
Our scrapper runs daily to compare the current status of your listings with previous data. If a listing that was accessible yesterday becomes inaccessible today, you’ll receive a post in the feed. For example, if the listing URL becomes broken or there is an error in its status, you will be notified with a message like:
Troubleshooting the Issue
If you receive an alert in your Listing Health feed about an invalid link or other issue, here’s what you can do:
Navigate to Marketing Module and then Channels.

Go to the Channels Tab and choose the affected sales channel (e.g., AirBNB, BDC, etc.).

Search for the listing, which you will see in red.

If you hover over the
icon it will show that there's a connection error. Click the
to see what might be wrong.
You will then be redirected to the channel's listing manage setting where you'll find another
which will provide you with more details to help you identify and resolve the problem.
Enable Notifications for Listing Health
It’s important to enable notifications to stay informed whenever an issue arises with your listings. This way, you won’t miss any alerts about your listings’ status.
To turn on notifications:
Go to Settings under Configurations Module.
In Users Tab, search for the user you want to notification enabled to

Click on the
icon then scroll down to Advanced Options to locate the Notification Settings.
Under Feed Channel Notifications, search for listing-health and check the box to enable it.
Click save.
This ensures you receive timely alerts for any listing problems, so you can address them without delay.
