The Calendar is the central location for all created tasks. In this section, you can search for tasks, assign them to employees, allocate time, and manage them as needed.
Tasks are displayed in various formats, including Calendar, List, and Map views. Each view type allows you to select a display format of month, week, or day.
To select a different date, utilize the date picker located on the right side.
At the page's bottom, you will find a summary showing the total number of tasks displayed along with their respective statuses.
Filters

Now you can easily select it from the “Saved Filters” dropdown menu at the top next time you need it.
Tasks Allocation (Contractors View)
To plan tasks, allocate time, and designate assignees, the “Contractors View” is useful. This view allows you to drag and drop tasks to specific assignees and time slots.
In this layout, each column corresponds to an assignee. If there are no assignees, you'll see a column labeled “Unassigned.” Rows represent different time slots. To schedule a task for a particular time, just drag it to the appropriate slot.
Additionally, you can move tasks between assignees by dragging and dropping them across the columns.
All tasks created will have no time, instead they will have an “All day” time and will be populated on the first raw.
To simultaneously assign several tasks to a contractor, hover over the tasks and mark the relevant ones using the checkbox
that appears in the right corner of each task. Selecting tasks this way will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen.
To view your options, click the up arrow
in this menu. Then, choose the assignee and press the “Change” button to finalize the assignment.
💡 Tip: Utilize the search filters to narrow down to tasks of interest by choosing the appropriate catalog item, thereby removing tasks that are not relevant.
