Property Information (Chat)

The property information feature is a comprehensive list detailing specific aspects of the property, providing a quick reference for responding to guest inquiries about different features of the house (e.g., locations of light switches, bed sizes per room, how to use the grill, etc.).

Additionally, this feature is designed to store important information not shared with guests, including the size of the AC filter, the VR license certificate, and floor plans.

To access this property information, navigate directly from the guest chat to the "Reservation" section located in the side menu.

To access it, follow these steps:

  1. In the guest chat side menu, click on the home button to access the "Reservations" section.

  2. Scroll down and click on the info button

  3. A pop up with all available info will show up displaying 10 info items per page.

  4. Use the search bar with keywords for easy searching.

Property Info Interface

The property information section includes the following elements:

Search Bar

Quickly locate specific information within the list.

Add Info

Allows agents to manually add new information to the list.

Missing Info

Automatically generates missing information entries. Hovering over the warning icon reveals a list of the property's missing details or topics. While it creates the entries automatically, you will need to manually fill in the data by editing each entry.

Edit / Delete

When you scroll the list to the right, you will see the option to edit or delete the info.

Media Indicator

Certain information items come with attached media (image or video), signifying that the item includes visual content. To view the media, just click on the image icon.


Add Property Info

To add a property information, follow these steps:

  1. In the guest chat, Navigate to the "Reservations" tab

  2. Click on the info button to display the property info

  3. On the upper part of the popup window, click on "+add info".

  4. This form will appear where you need to enter the following fields:

    1. Select the Topic & subtopic

    2. Add your information under the Description

    3. Upload Media (PDF/video/photo - If relevant).

    4. You also have the option to make it public to homeowners or guests.

  5. Hit save to add the information.


Edit Property Information

To edit an existing information, follow these steps:

  1. In the guest chat, Navigate to the "Reservations" tab

  2. Click on the info button to display the property info

  3. Scroll the information list to the right, and you will find the ellipsis icon

  4. Click the ellipsis icon, then choose edit.

  5. This will open a popup where you can update the property information.

  6. Make your changes and hit Update to apply.


Delete Property Information

To delete an existing property information, follow these steps:

  1. In the guest chat, Navigate to the "Reservations" tab

  2. Click on the info button to display the property info

  3. Scroll the information list to the right, and you will find the ellipsis icon

  4. Click the ellipsis icon, then choose delete.

  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to continue.


Create Missing Info

Creating missing info will automatically generate the topics that are missing in the property. When you hover to the icon on the property information window, it will display the list of missing info items.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. In the guest chat, Navigate to the "Reservations" tab

  2. Click on the info button to display the property info

  3. Then click on the create missing button .

  4. This confirmation dialogue will then appear. Click yes to proceed.

  5. The system will create placeholders for any missing information, which will be marked with a red "i" icon . You can then manually update these entries to add descriptions and media as required.
