The property info section offers specific details about the property. It serves as your property's Google Drive. This includes items like instructional info, Travel Guidebook, vacation rental license, various certificates, floor plans, and URLs for listing images, all of which can be saved for future reference. When appropriate, you can also append a media file, such as an image, video, or PDF, to each piece of information.
Property Info items are initially internal, but you can choose to make them accessible to homeowners, guests, and the AI by enabling their respective toggles on the edit page for each item.
At a glance, you can easily identify which Info items are visible to homeowners, guests, and the AI.
The property information is available in the listing's "Information" section and can be accessed in the Guest chat via the "Info" button. Items marked as public to guests will be displayed in the Guest Portal interface. Items marked as public to the AI will be used for AI responses in the CRM.
To access the property information:
In Boom, open the desired listing in "View" mode

The sidebar of the information page offers various expandable sections where you can add and view details related to the property. Some of the items are shared with guests. These sections include:
• Internet: Internet provider account information.• Water: Water provider account information.
• Electricity: Provider account information.
• Association: Association provider information.
• Insurance: Property insurance provider information.
• WiFi: WiFi credentials (shared with guests).
• Door Codes: Door access codes. See below for specific door code information
• Facts: For miscellaneous property facts.
• Internal Codes: Internal codes related to the property (NOT shared with guests).
• IOT: CCTV, Ring & Echobee device information.
• Custom Codes: For any custom codes you wish to add.
• Gas: Provider account information.
• Septic/Sewer: Septic or sewer system provider information.
• Parking Capacity: Information on parking capacity (shared with guests).
• Master Codes: Add master door codes (NOT shared with guests)
Each section is expandable, allowing you to enter and access the relevant credentials and details for easy reference and management.
You also have the option to create custom fields as needed.
Door Codes
You can decide which door codes to share in the guest portal with guests using the checkbox next to each code field:
The right side of the information page allows customers to add and manage various types of property-related information. This section is versatile and can be used for:
• Instructional Information: Add detailed instructions for using different amenities and features of the property. For example, include a video on how to operate the fire pit.
• Document URLs: Include URLs linking to important documents (property images)• License Information: Add details such as vacation rental certificates, business licenses, certificates, and other essential documentation.
• Custom Information: Create custom entries to store any other relevant information that might be useful for property management or guest reference.
Each entry can include media such as images or videos, along with descriptive text to ensure that all necessary details are easily accessible. Additionally, each entry can be made public to guests through the Guest Portal or shared with homeowners, enhancing transparency and communication.
Arrival and Departure instructions
Arrival Instructions: Add instruction on how to get to the property. This info will be accessible through the Guest Portal
Departure Instructions: Add instruction on how guest should leave the property at checkout. This info will be accessible through the Guest Portal
Add URLs
Custom Address Link Url: With this option, you can add a direct link from Google Maps that will provide guests with navigation.
Travel Guide Url: Add a URL to your own guidebook, for example, in PDF format. The guidebook will be accessible via the Guest Portal.
How to Add New Info Item
Add info items using the "+Add info" button
, located on the top right.
Before you can add any items, you first need to add relevant Topic & subtopics in which they can be selected on the item creation moment and serve as the category of the item.
Add Your Subtopic
Once created, the topic and subtopic will be available globally across the board, however the info it will store will be accessible for the properties the info was added to
Open the information section on the desired listing
Click on the "+Add info" button

click on the "+ Create New Topic" button

Select the main topic in the selection field (You can add your own topic by typing it in this field)
Enter the subtopic name and add a description (description is optional) - this field represents the actual info to be added
Click on save
In this example we created a subtopic named "Firepit operation" so we can add info on how to operate the firepit.
Now you can select this subtopic when creating your info item
Add Your Info Item
Form the property's info section Click on the "+Add info" button

Select the relevant topic & Subtopic (in our example we will use "Background ⏵ Firepit operation".
Add your instructions under the "Additional Dec" field or upload an instructional video using the upload button.
If you wish to make this info accessible to guest via the Guest Portal, toggle on the "Make public to guests".
Click on Save.
Duplicate info Items to other Properties
You can duplicate any info item to be displayed on a selected group of properties when the info item is relevant for more than 1 property.
Open the property info section
Once your item is added, click on the three dots to access its options
Choose "Copy"
In the pop up window, select all the properties you wish the item to be duplicated for
Click on Save.
The item is now copied to the selected properties and will be displayed in their info section.
Managing Topics & Subtopics
To manage the topic and subtopics head to the Operations module and select the "Info Dev" tab.
Here you can edit your subtopics, or delete any of them.
Arrival & Departure Instructions
| The property info section allows you to add your arrival and departure instructions which will be displayed on the Guest Portal.
The arrival instructions can also be pulled into an automated message by using the variable {{checkin_instruct}} in your auto message |

Use this field to add a direct Google map URL
Travel Guide Url
Use this field to include your own Guide Book URL. In order to add your guide book make sure it is uploaded to any server (google drive for example) and paste the public url.
