[Admins] How to Disable Targeted Bulk Texting

Overview

Please review our TCPA Resource Guidelines to ensure all users are following best practices if this feature is enabled!

With the bulk texting feature, by default any active Agent or Lender user should have access to the targeted bulk text button within their Lead Central page automatically.

Additionally, any newly added active Agent or Lender user moving forward should have the feature enabled.

Due to the role's restrictions, Agent Profile-Only users cannot have access to the bulk texting option enabled within their Lead Central page.


Disabling Targeted Bulk Texting for Users

If there's an active Agent or Lender user on your team that you'd like to disable from using the targeted bulk texting functionality, as an Admin user on your team, you'll have the ability to remove the permission from their account.

To do so, simply click on your image in the upper right corner and select the Integrations option from the drop-down.


Once on the Integrations page, select the Setup button within the BoomTown Number section.

On the page that displays, there is a list of all the Agent and Lender users on the account. Navigate to the Agent or Lender user you'd like to disable and select the check box on the far right-hand side of their row.

Once the box is unchecked, this should then remove the Text button from displaying for use in the applicable user's Lead Central page. If you ever want to add the functionality back again, simply recheck the box next to their name!
