Overview
As a Broker/Admin user, you'll have access to a list of all the Lender users associated with your team's account.
To access the list, navigate to your left-hand menu bar, and select the Admin option -- then select Users - Lenders.
As a Network Admin user, you have access to viewing and editing Lender users associated with each one of your platforms-- and can filter your Lenders page to view each platform separately through a drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Within your Lenders list, you'll find the following columns:
Name | The Lender's Last Name, First Name and their Login/Email below. |
Show on Site & Send Leads | A Lender User must be set to ON for both Show on site and Send Leads, in order for them to display under the Finance page. |
Pause | This button can be selected to temporarily halt a Lender within the lead rotation, without turning them off completely. |
Leads Per Round | Set the quantity of leads a given Lender user should receive for each complete round. |
Last Lead | Accounts for any leads assigned to a Lender via the Lender rotation. This does not include leads that were manually assigned a Lender, outside of the Lender rotation. |
Last Login | Reflects when a Lender User last logged into their BoomTown Account. |

Photo | Will tell you whether your Lender user has uploaded a Lender Photo under their Lender Profile page or not. |
Modified | The last time changes were made to the Lender's Profile page. |
Delete | Will permanently delete the Lender's account from the system, if they are not assigned to any leads. |
