How to Add Your Contact Information
In order to add your phone numbers and other contact information to your profile, click on your photo (or the silhouette image) in the upper right corner of your BoomTown account.
Select the My Profile option.
Once on your profile page, scroll down toward the center to the Lender Info section.
Here there will be multiple fields where you can enter phone number information, along with your name, title, company name and website, license number, office address, etc., as well as view your BoomTown number, if enabled.

Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the Update Lender option to save any changes!
Upload Your Photo & Logo
Click on the silhouette image in the upper right corner.
Select My Profile from the drop-down.
Click on the Change link and Upload button.
Please Note: Your photo must be a JPEG file, which ends with .jpg or .jpeg

Updating Your Password
If you've had to reset your password for a temporary code for access to your account, or if you'd just like to update your current login password for your BoomTown account, you can do so through your profile page at your convenience!
First, navigate to your photo and name in the top, right-hand corner of the page, and select the My Profile option from the drop-down menu that displays.
Once on your profile page, at the top of the page -- beneath your login email address -- there's a blue hyperlink for Change Password.
Select this link, and you'll be able to enter your current password once and your preferred password twice in the spaces provided.
Passwords must contain:
A minimum of 8 characters long
A mixture of upper and lower case letters
At least one number
The following special characters can be used, but are not required: !@#$%^&*?
Once you've entered the password information, choose the Change Password button, and the new password should then be available for you to log in with moving forward!
How to Add Your Email Signature
Click on your photo (or the silhouette image) in the upper right corner of your BoomTown account.
Select the My Profile option.
The Email Signature field will be towards the bottom. Enter your email signature as you'd like it to display on emails sent to leads through BoomTown!

Check the "Automatically add my signature..." box
Enabling this option will auto-populate your signature at the bottom of every email
Don't include your email address
Doing so can result in emails not being logged in BoomTown
Keep it simple
Try to minimize the number of images and links to prevent your emails from landing in Spam
