Access & Permissions

To get to the My Deals dashboard, navigate to the My Deals area of the left-hand menu bar in your account.

Additionally, at the top of the page in your BoomTown CRM, you'll have a new icon that displays the number of unclaimed deals that are available for you to claim! Selecting this icon will also route you to the My Deals page in your account.

Permissions

As a Broker/Admin, you have access to the My Deals dashboard by default, and can give Agents access to the feature through an optional setting.

If granted access, Agents will be able to view and claim their own Transactions, and Broker/Admins will have access to the Transaction data for their entire team.

Changes to dashboard permissions settings can be made through the Settings button on the My Deals page in your account. Here, you can dictate the permissions for other Broker/Admins as well as Agents.

Through this button you will be able to control whether all Agents have access to My Deals, and whether other Broker/Admins and all Agents have access to the Agent Split, and GCI information surrounding the Transactions in the dashboard.

The settings for GCI, Agent Splits and Agent access to My Deals will be defaulted to being turned on.


Leaderboard

Within the My Deals page, as a Broker/Admin you have access to a Leaderboard feature -- which allows you to see a breakdown of what lead sources are related to Transactions in the system.

The report also displays a list of Agents ranked by the number of Transactions they've closed and have under contract, allowing you to see the leaders for your team!

To access the Leaderboard, navigate to your left-hand menu bar, and select My Deals.

From there, at the top of the page select the Leaderboard option.

As a Network Admin user, you have access to viewing the My Deals page and Leaderboard dashboard associated with each one of your platforms! When first accessing the page, there will be a website drop-down menu that you can click to be able to view each website's data individually.

Once you've chosen the platform to view, along the top of the Leaderboard page, there's a Transactions area, displaying a total for the number of closed Transactions (year to date) and under contract Transactions your team has had, along with the sales volume for both closed (year to date) and under contract Transactions.

In the Transaction Sources area, a bar graph will detail the sources for the leads associated with the Transactions.

Hovering over a specific source on the bar graph will display more detail about the source, including the average of how many days it took the leads with that source to close, and the total average and total sales volume from the leads with that source.


Beneath the source information, there is a Closed Transactions board, followed by an Under Contract Transactions board-- each of which displays the names of the Agents with the applicable Transactions.


You can click to highlight an Agent's name on each board, to more easily view the number of Buyer leads, Seller leads, Transactions, sales volume, average price and average days in BoomTown for their applicable Transactions.

You can also sort by the headers for each column within the Closed Transactions and Under Contract Transactions boards.


Sort & Filter

As a Network Admin user for your team, you'll have the option of sorting your My Deals page according to your various platforms with BoomTown, through a drop-down menu at the top of the page. Select a website from the list, and the results on the My Deals results will update accordingly!

At the top of the My Deals page, there will be an option to filter the list based on the Source of the leads associated with the Transactions, their lead type (Buyer, Seller, or Buyer/Seller), and some financial aspects of the Transactions (GCI, Gross Sales, and/or Agent Split).

Depending upon the settings for your overall team, you may not be able to view GCI & Agent Split filters on this page.

As a Broker/Admin, you will have the ability to sort the My Deals Dashboard by your own Transactions, those associated with all Agents, or certain Agents on your team.

To view just your own Transactions, select the My Transactions area at the top of the page. To then jump back to the team's data, simply select the All Transactions choice again!

As a Broker/Admin, to then narrow down the list of all Transactions to a specific Agent, select the All Agents drop-down menu, and type in or scroll to select the Agent you'd like to view.

Once you sort the Transactions list by your preferred criteria, a list of the Transactions and associated leads will display beneath, detailing the address, price, listing status, lead, lead source, and assigned Agent. There is also an option to edit the existing Transaction data.

If you select a specific property address within the My Deals Dashboard, you'll be taken to a Best-Fit Leads search for that property within the Lead Central page of your account.
