Spacio is a system that provides paperless lead capture for open houses, and the integration with BoomTown allows users to create contacts in Spacio that are automatically added to their BoomTown CRM.
If you'd like to integrate your BoomTown account with Spacio, the first step is to obtain an account with them!
Since they are a system independent from BoomTown, their services must be purchased separately. To learn more about Spacio, the services they offer, and about a free trial, click below!
Only Spacio Agent accounts will function with the BoomTown integration at this time. If a Spacio team would like to funnel all leads into one BoomTown account, they'll need to connect all the Spacio accounts with the same specific BoomTown account, through the set up steps below.
Connect Your Spacio Account
Once you have a Spacio Agent account (Team accounts will not be compatible with the integration at this time), you can connect it to BoomTown either directly through Spacio, or by taking the following steps within your BoomTown account!
First navigate to your image & name in the upper right corner, and select the Integrations option from the drop-down menu.
On the Integrations page, scroll down to the Spacio option toward the bottom of the page, and you'll see the following three buttons:
Support will take you to Spacio's Support area, which includes tutorials about their product & functionality, as well as details about Integrations.
Sign-Up is where you could go to start a free trial if you don't already have Spacio!
Log In will allow you, as long as you have an account with Spacio, to log in and begin the integration set up process!
Select the Log In button, and you'll be directed to a sign in page on Spacio, where you can enter the log in credentials for your Spacio account!
Once logged in, open your Spacio web dashboard, and click on Settings, then Integrations.
Next, select the Sign In button in the BoomTown section, and you'll be re-directed to the BoomTown log in page.
Choose the option to Submit, and you'll be returned to your Spacio account, and the integration will be set up!
Once you've set up the Spacio integration, any existing email forwarding you may have set up with Spacio will be deactivated, to help prevent duplication of leads in BoomTown.
