The Vulcan7 integration is included in both Grow and Advance BoomTown platforms and is an add-on option for the Core BoomTown platform.
Set up an account with Vulcan7

Linking your Vulcan7 account - From BoomTown
Prior to linking, please note any leads currently tagged under a company tag "Vulcan7" or "vulcan7" will be sent over to your Vulcan7 account once you authorize the integration.
If you share a Vulcan7 account with multiple users, we highly encourage obtaining an independent account.Once connected, the Integration will only recognize the last BoomTown Agent account that was connected.
Once you have obtained a Vulcan7 account, to connect the Integration, simply click on your profile image in the upper right corner of your BoomTown account and select the Integrations option from the drop down.
On the Integration page, you'll be given a choice to connect with Vulcan7. Select the Log In button.
Linking your Vulcan7 account - from Vulcan7
1. Login to your Vulcan7 Account.
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on the Integration tab
4. Click Update Third Party Integrations
5. Locate BoomTown! and click on Manage Integration button
6. Click on Authenticate with BoomTown!
7. Login to BoomTown using your credentials.
8. Click Remember Me so you can easily login next time
9. Then click Login
10.Click Continue to allow Vulcan7 to connect to BoomTown
This will return you to Vulcan7 and confirm you are integrated!
Sending Vulcan7 contact to BoomTown - from Contact Details
Within Vulcan7, click into the contact you wish to send to BoomTown by selecting the leads hyperlinked name to be taken to Contact Details view.
From the Contact Details view, choose the More drop down and select Send to BoomTown.
A pop-up will appear for you to authorize this export. Click Ok to confirm.
This will export the contact, phone numbers, and notes to BoomTown.
Vulcan7 will de-dupe any leads based on the email address associated with the lead contact information. If a lead already exists on your BoomTown platform with an associated email address, the lead export will fail.
Sending Vulcan7 contact to BoomTown - from Dial Session
1. During your dial session, click on the Actions drop down.
2. Select Send to BoomTown!
3. Click Ok to Export to BoomTown.
Sending BoomTown lead to Vulcan7 - from Lead Central
Login to your BoomTown account and navigate to Lead Central from your left side menu.
2. Filter down by the group of leads you are looking to send over to Vulcan7 utilizing Advanced Lead Filters tool.
3. Select Contacts in Lead Central by choosing the Select drop down at the top of your lead list.
4. Once leads are selected, choose the Bulk Actions option and select Add Tag from the list.
4. Select Vulcan7 Tag from the list and select Add Tags.
The Vulcan7 tag must be a preexisting Company tag, not a Personal tag and include no spacing in the format.
5. You will be prompted to confirm this bulk action, select the red Confirm option.
6. Once the bulk action has processed, leads from BoomTown will be sent to the BoomTown folder in Vulcan7 under contacts.

Removing leads within Vulcan7
To remove leads sent over from BoomTown through the Integration, log into your Vulcan7 account at https://www.vulcan7.com/login/
1. Choose the Contacts tab from your top navigation menu and scroll to find the folder labeled BoomTown.
2. Select the checkbox next to the leads you would like removed and choose the Delete option located under the More drop down.
If you can't locate a folder labeled BoomTown, this means that there are no leads in your Vulcan7 account that have been sent through the integration.

Phone statuses within Vulcan7 will map according the the following chart when sending leads from Vulcan7 into a BoomTown account:

Prior to sending a lead over to BoomTown, the phone status can be modified within a Vulcan7 account by choosing the drop down next to a lead's phone number.
