If you'd like to email your lead with specific listings, this can be done according to the listing MLS numbers through the email composition window.

Navigate to the specific lead's profile and select the email icon, or navigate to Lead Central to select the lead to send an individual or Targeted Bulk Email.

Once in the email composition window, select Insert Listings to quickly send specific properties to your lead.

A pop-up window will appear, where you can choose to leave the hyperlink's title as View Listings or change the hyperlink title to something more personalized.

Enter a MLS number in the MLS Numbers area -- to add multiple listings, separate MLS numbers by commas.

Select Insert Link when you’ve added all the desired MLS numbers, and the View Listings link appears in the body of your email.

To test the link, click on the Preview button in the editing tool bar, and then click on the link to view the results page.

Alternatively, you can also right-click on your mouse, to open the View Listings hyperlink in a new tab, to be taken to the results page!
