Marketing Central Performance Report Overview

Overview

The Marketing Central Performance Report captures the data from your Marketing Central campaigns and displays it in an easy-to-view format.

Please allow up to 48 hours for new orders to appear in this report.


Accessing the Performance Report

Click on the Marketing Central tab located in the left-hand menu bar.

Click on the blue View Campaign Performance button located on the top right-hand corner of the page.


Generating Your Report

Broker/Admin users have access to the following drop-downs:

  • Agent (for Broker/Admin users only): View campaigns your Agents are running within Marketing Central by selecting a name from the Agent drop-down

    • Only Agents running campaigns will display in drop-down

  • Date Range: Filter your campaigns by those that were active for a given time frame

    • Since the report updates daily, today's data will not be included

  • Campaign Status: Populate campaigns based on a specific status (Active, Completed, or Inactive) or for all statuses

  • Campaign Type: View data for specific campaign types or for all campaign types


Understanding Your Report

The campaigns that apply to the drop-down options you selected above will display in the table below.

Order ID

The last five digits of the unique ID number of your order placed in Marketing Central

Campaign

The listing or type of campaign you are running.


NOTE: You can differentiate between multiple ads of the same type (ex. Listing Carousel Ad) by looking at the Order ID

Impressions

A count of how many times your campaign was shown

Link Clicks

The amount of clicks to your website from that campaign

Property Views

The number of unique property views during a site visit from your campaign

New Leads

Any visitor who registers from a click on your campaign, regardless of original source

Re-Engaged Leads

Any visitor from a click on your campaign that has previously registered on your site - essentially leads coming back to the site

Favorited

A count of how many times leads have favorited a property during a visit from your campaign

Loan Calculated

The number of loans calculated by leads during a visit from your campaign

Schedule Showing

The number of times leads have scheduled a showing during a visit from your campaign

Start Offer

The number of times a lead has started an offer during a visit from your campaign

Home Valuations

The number of times a lead has filled out a home valuation during a visit from your campaign

Inquiries

The number of times a lead has asked a question, requested information, filled out a Contact Agent form or Contact Office form

Click on an Ad Campaign row in the table to populate details in this panel

Manage Campaign Link: Directs you to a list of your campaigns in the selected campaign type

Ad Status: The current status of the selected campaign (Active, Completed, or Inactive)

Start Date: The start date for the selected campaign

Scheduled End Date: The date the selected campaign is scheduled to stop running

Purchase Amount: The amount paid upfront for the selected campaign

Spend: The amount spent towards the selected campaign for the specified date range

Cost Per Lead: The purchase amount for the number of leads converted

New Leads: The amount of leads that registered during a visit from this campaign

Re-Engaged Leads: The amount of existing leads that visited the site from this campaign


Drill Down Reporting

  • Clicking on an ad campaign in the table will display the details of that ad in the right panel

  • On the right side panel, clicking on New Leads and Re-Engaged Leads will drill down to a lead list.

  • Clicking on a lead name in that lead list will direct you to their profile in Lead Central.


Export and Print

Broker/Admin users are able to export lead details and print reporting details within the Marketing Central Performance Report.
