Setting Up BombBomb

Link Your BombBomb Account to BoomTown
In BombBomb:
Login to your BombBomb account.
Click on your image/name in the upper right corner.
Select My Profile.
Click on the "Integrations" link along the top.
There you'll find your API Key for copying!
In BoomTown:
Click on your photo (or silhouette image) in the top right corner of your BoomTown account and select Integrations.
Scroll down the page until you locate the BombBomb section, then select the Connect button.
You'll be redirected to a page where you can paste the API Key provided by BombBomb and click Save to finish the setup!
How to Add a BombBomb Video to your Emails
Within the CRM, you'll have the option to send videos you create using BombBomb to your clients via email! The integration can be utilized as follows:
When sending individual leads an email using the New Email button.
When sending a targeted bulk email from Lead Central.
When adding an email step to a Smart-Drip Plan.
Most email providers will not allow the actual video to be played within the email itself. A hyperlinked thumbnail of these videos will appear in the email to your lead. Once they click on the thumbnail, it will take them to the actual video in a new window.
In the email composition modal, you'll see an Add BombBomb Video drop-down and Record a Video option. If you're not seeing either of these options, you'll need to link your BombBomb account under your Lead Email Settings page.
Click on Add BombBomb Video to select a pre-recorded video.
Click on the Record a Video option to record a new video.

The BombBomb integration will only be visible to users that have added an API key under their Lead Email Settings page to connect their account.

Most email providers will not allow a video to be played within the email itself. Videos added to your BoomTown emails using BombBomb will work the same as if you were sending the video emails from your BombBomb account - a hyperlinked thumbnail of the video will appear in the email. Upon clicking on the thumbnail, your lead will be taken to the video in a new window.
