API Nation is a platform that enables you to easily take advantage of the API connections available for several apps in the real estate tech space. With this integration, you'll have the ability to set up bidirectional syncs between BoomTown and the other Apps you use. Before you can connect with Apps like Docusign Transactions Rooms, BrokerSumo, Sisu and many others, you'll need to obtain an account with API Nation.

Once you have an API Nation account, you can start syncing various Apps to BoomTown! To start with some of the most popular Apps, head to this page. If you'd prefer to check out a list of all Apps that sync to BoomTown, click on the Apps button in the upper right corner of your API Nation account and select BoomTown from the list.

From there, you can click on any of the available Apps to begin the setup process for syncing them to BoomTown.

After you've selected an App to connect to BoomTown, you'll need to choose a Workflow Template from the options provided, which will vary depending on the App.

While setting up the Workflow Template, you'll be required to connect your BoomTown account if you haven't already. To do this, click on the Offline BoomTown icon at the top of the page. This will jump you over to your BoomTown account where you'll want to click Continue to connect your account to API Nation. You'll be required to do this with your account in the other App as well.

An important piece of the setup to keep in mind is the Schedule setting. This determines how often the sync runs between BoomTown and the App you're connecting it to. You can have the sync trigger as frequently as every 5 minutes or as long as a few days. You'll also have the option of manually running the sync once you've finished setting up the Workflow.

With the API Nation integration, you'll have the ability to set up bidirectional syncs between BoomTown and KW Command. Before you can connect with KW Command you'll need to obtain an account with API Nation through the Keller Williams Marketplace.

API Nation allows for custom field mapping and custom filters/rules to give you full control over which contacts sync and the information that actually syncs from system to system.
