The BoomTown NOW! App is the best way to manage and communicate with your leads at any time!
Logging In
In order to log into the app, you will need to enter your BoomTown login email address and password on the main screen. The login will be the same as what you use to log into the CRM.
If you've forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password to receive an email with next steps!
Logging Out
To log out of your account within the BoomTown NOW App, simply navigate to the gear icon in the top, right-hand corner of the page to get to your settings.
Set Up Push Notifications
If you have push notifications enabled on your phone, you will be able to receive notifications each time the following actions occur:
A newly registered lead is assigned to you
A lead is transferred to you, or assigned to you as the Buyer or Listing Agent
A lead is assigned through Auto-Import
A lead completes a form on your website
A lead completes the Start an Offer form
A lead emails you
A lead sends you a text message to your BoomTown number
Push Notifications: Android
When you login to your account for the first time, you should be asked whether you'd like to enable push notifications to your phone.

Select OK and notifications will be turned on for you, defaulting to alerting you for all possible actions. Changes can also be made to these preferences by clicking the gear icon in the top, right-hand corner of the page.
Once in your settings, there will be an option titled Push Notifications.
There will be a number of options that can be enabled for push notifications, and you can change them according to your preferred settings, or disable the push notifications altogether.
If you selected not to receive notifications initially, and you'd now like to enable them, you can do so through the same Push Notifications page of your BoomTown NOW App.
When you access the page, you simply need to select the toggle next to Allow Notifications so that it changes from grey to blue. Then you can select your preferences for which actions to prompt notifications!

Push Notifications: iPhone
When you log into your account for the first time, a prompt will appear asking if you would like to view a quick tutorial of the NOW App by tapping on the Learn More option or you can skip this by simply tapping on the Skip option.
You will then be asked whether you'd like to enable push notifications to your phone. By tapping on Enable, you will then be prompted to tab on the Allow option and notifications will be turned on for you, defaulting to alerting you for all possible actions.
If you have an iPhone that is compatible with facial recognition software (iPhone X or later), you can enable face ID by tapping on Enable when prompted. If you would rather not set this up, you will want to tap on the Not Now option.
Changes to your push notification preferences can be made by clicking the gear icon in the top, right-hand corner of the page in the NOW App. Once in your settings, there's an option titled, "Push Notifications."

If you selected not to receive notifications initially, and you'd now like to enable them, when you go to the "Push Notifications" page of your settings, you'll be prompted to go to your native settings on your iPhone:
Once you select to go to the "Settings" page of your phone, you will need to choose to view the notification settings, and then enable the notifications for the application. You can choose the options for how you'd like the notifications to show, and then you should be all set to change your preferences within the application as outlined above!
Do Not Disturb Exception for Android
When accessing the BoomTown NOW App from an Android device, if you'd like to be able to ensure push notifications come through even when set to Do not disturb mode, you'll need to add the BoomTown NOW App as an exception on your device.
The following information reflects steps taken on Samsung Galaxy S22, and the specific location of options may differ slightly on other Android devices.
To add the BoomTown NOW App as an exception, first navigate to the Settings application on your device. Select Notifications from the list.
On this page, tap Do not disturb to open those settings.
Within the do not disturb settings, open App Notifications.
On the next page, tap the + icon to select the app you'd like to make an exception for.
Select the BoomTown NOW App from the list and tap Done.
