The new Reviews Dashboard gives you full control over managing the feedback you receive from clients. From reviewing new submissions to customizing how your best feedback appears, the dashboard is designed to be simple, powerful, and efficient.
What You Can Do
View All Reviews: Toggle between All, Pending, Approved, and Flagged reviews using the tabs at the top.
Reply to Reviews: Reply to reviews left by clients to show validation or provide an explanation in the chance of a negative review.
See Your Stats: View your Total Reviews and Average Rating, with visual star indicators.
Tag Insights: The “What Clients Like” section shows which qualities clients frequently associate with you.
Auto Approve Reviews: Turn on the toggle to automatically approve any new reviews you receive.
Understanding Review Colors
Yellow (Pending): These reviews are new and require your approval before appearing publicly.
Green (Approved): These reviews have been approved and are visible to the public.
Red (Flagged): These reviews have been hidden from public view due to a valid concern or issue you flagged.
Green Badge (Verified Client): Indicates you’ve marked the review as being from a verified client.
Gold Badge (Featured Review): Only one review can be featured at a time. This review is highlighted more prominently.
