Flagging a Review: When and How

Sometimes, a review may not reflect a real experience or contain inappropriate content. That’s where Flagging comes in.

Sometimes, a review may not reflect a real experience or contain inappropriate content. That’s where Flagging comes in.

How to Flag a Review

  • Select one review at a time.

  • Click Flag.

  • A window will prompt you to enter a reason for flagging.

  • Once flagged, the review:

    • Will be hidden from public view.

    • Will display your reason in place of the response.

    • Can be unflagged later by removing the flagged status.

Why Flagging Has a 20% Limit

To prevent misuse of the flag feature, there’s a cap on how many of your reviews you can flag:

  • You cannot flag more than 20% of your total reviews (including approved, pending, and already flagged).

  • If you're at or above this threshold:

    • You’ll see a warning banner at the top of your dashboard.

    • You won’t be able to flag additional reviews.

    • Attempting to flag more will trigger a message explaining why.

This ensures transparency and fairness across the platform.
