Guarantee Policy Details
If you have failed the NBDHE and are enrolled in an accredited dental hygiene program within the US or Canadian, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or to use NBDHE Booster again free of charge. To meet the requirements for the guarantee policy, you must qualify for the following:
Provide proof that you have failed the NBDHE on your most recent attempt
Have purchased either a 90-day or 180-day NBDHEBooster Membership
Have completed 90% of the content on NBDHEBooster within the duration of your purchased membership
