Position Details
Our team is currently in search of talented individuals to join our customer support team as subject experts. As a subject expert, your role will be to answer any student questions related to the content. This is a remote position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate:
Has scored very well on the DAT (>480AA)
Has specifically done well on Organic Chemistry >500
Can teach difficult concepts through our customer support chat
Has experience tutoring students
Can commit a minimum of 15+ hours per week
