"Group Discount Request: [Dental School Name] Class of [Graduation Year]"

In the email, kindly include the following details:

2. Once we receive your email, our team will review the request and inform the point of contact if the group discount has been approved. If approved, we’ll send a group discount sign-up form to your class, which will be open for one week. Based on the responses received, discount codes will be issued to each student and will remain valid for three days after they are sent.
