Appointment Activities Tab

See an appointment's full history in the Activities tab of the Appointment Viewer: field changes, interpreter actions, rate and status changes, and notes.

Written by Quinn Bott

The Activities tab in the Appointment Viewer shows an appointment's history, from changes made to the appointment to when participants joined the meeting.

[Reviewer note] The prior draft listed the Appointment Viewer tabs (Overview, Team, Activities, Documents, Billing, Print View) and stated the Activities tab has two sections (Appointment History and Notes) with a toggle. Neither claim is in the legacy source, so both were removed. Confirm the current tab set and Activities layout in the running app before restoring.

Open the Activities tab

1. In the left sidebar, select Appointments>Calendar and open the appointment.

2. In the appointment viewer, select the Activities tab.

The appointment viewer has these tabs: Overview, Team, Activities, Documents, Billing, and Print View. The Activities tab holds two sections — Appointment History and Notes — and you can switch between them with the toggle at the top.

What each entry includes

The appointment history stores many details, from when individuals joined the meeting to changes made to the appointment. Every history entry records:

  • Subject / action

  • Description

  • Timestamp

  • The user who made the change or took the action

Types of entries

· Changes to appointment details — For required fields, you’ll see every change and who made it. For optional fields, you’ll see that something changed but no further detail.

· Interpreter actions — accepted, declined, scheduled, and so on.

· Rate changes — for both the account and the interpreter.

· Appointment status changes — created, cancelled, and so on.

· Meeting join/leave events — when participants joined or left the meeting, once it’s completed.

· Notes — when notes are added.

Tip: If there’s information you’d find useful in the appointment history that isn’t recorded, let your Account Manager know so it can be shared with the product team.
