Boostlingo Firewall Provisioning Checklist (US)

US and North America firewall checklist: domain names, IP ranges, and ports for Boostlingo voice and video interpretation.

Written by Quinn Bott

Important Note: Current as of September 2026.

Overview

Organizations that use Boostlingo for voice and video interpretation in the United States and North America sometimes need to update their firewall configuration to allow connectivity. This checklist lists the domain names, ports, and IP address exceptions to add for Boostlingo's US and North America voice and video services.

Domain names

If you're adding URL-based exceptions to your firewall to allow traffic to and from Boostlingo for platform usage and voice/video services, add the following:

  • For Boostlingo's platform: app.boostlingo.com and d3b9k3gd90kchk.cloudfront.net

  • For Interpret Manager: <your_branded_subdomain>.interpretmanager.com

  • For Boostlingo voice/video services: *.service.signalr.net

  • If using mobile voice/video services in the US: onesignal.com

IP address ranges and ports

If your organization uses IP-based exceptions with coordinating ports instead of URL-based exceptions, add the IP address ranges and ports below to your firewall exceptions list for connectivity to Boostlingo's voice and video services.

To access Twilio, your firewall should allow outgoing TCP and UDP traffic from your applications to Twilio's infrastructure, and allow the return traffic in response. Twilio never initiates a connection to the SDK applications, so the firewall should not allow externally initiated connections back into the network.

For voice

Next steps / Getting more help

  • If your organization also operates outside the US, use the firewall provisioning checklist for that region instead (EU, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada).

  • If connectivity issues persist after applying these exceptions, contact Boostlingo Support with a summary of the changes you made.
