Configuring MFA as a requestor or interpreter

1. To configure MFA, navigate to My Profile > Authentication.

2. Select between the three types of Multifactor Authentication: Text Message, Email, or Authenticator App.

Note: Users can enable as many different types of MFA as they would like, and if there are multiple enabled, Boostlingo will allow the user to choose which they would like to use upon sign-in.

Text Message

To configure text message authentication, click Message from the Authentication screen. The following pop-up will appear. Simply enter your mobile phone number and click Send Code.

Once you have clicked Send Code, the pop-up will prompt you to enter the six-digit code sent to your mobile device. Enter this code and click Finish. If you have entered the code correctly, you will see that Text Message Authentication has been turned on.

Email

To configure text message authentication, click Email from the Authentication screen. The following pop-up will appear. Simply enter your email address and click Send Code.

Once you have clicked Send Code, the pop-up will prompt you to enter the six-digit code sent to your email address. Enter this code and click Finish. If you have entered the code correctly, you will see that Email Authentication has been turned on.

Authenticator App

To configure app authentication, click App Authentication from the Authentication screen. The following pop-up will appear.

Scan the QR code to automatically enter the code into your authenticator app, or enter the code as it appears.

The authenticator app will generate a six-digit code for you to enter. Enter the code and click Finish to turn on App Authentication. You will then see that App Authentication is turned On.
