Use these instructions to join a scheduled Video or Phone appointment
A scheduled appointment can be initiated up to 7 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
From a computer
log in to your profile using Chrome or Firefox
open the caller and click the Scheduled tab
click Join and wait for the other party to join
Once both parties have joined the call will begin.
From the mobile app
open the mobile app - the scheduled call will open automatically if you are within 7 minutes of the scheduled start time
tap JOIN and wait for the other party to join.
Once both parties have joined the call will begin.
