Booth.Events offers flexible membership options with a built-in free trial, but it's important to understand how billing and cancellations work.
Free Trial Details
All memberships come with a 14-day free trial before any payment is charged.
Only one free trial is allowed per user/account.
Auto-Renewing Subscription
Memberships are automatically renewing.
You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time, up to 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Cancellations must be completed by you through the Billing page in your Dashboard.
Refund Policy
Per our Terms of Service, all purchases and payments are final.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Basic Membership & Event Credits
You cannot purchase a Basic Membership if you still have Event Credits remaining.
Please use your credits first before switching plans.
