This feature is available now to Pro+ members in beta. "Beta" means the feature is still being actively developed. Beta features may stop working, have unintended side-effects, be removed without warning, or have additional costs in the future.

We have now enabled custom prompt filters. Check it out here

To use the AI Portraits filter, you must:

  • update your iOS app to 1.30.3 or newer using the App Store

  • add AI Filters to your template(s) - templates must have exactly one photo area

  • turn on the AI Portrait capture type in the app, event settings (middle page)

  • have internet connectivity on your iPad

Note that we only support one person (face) per photo - no group shots yet.

You don’t need any special backdrop for the photo.

Are you having trouble? Make sure the template is assigned to your event, has 1-photo area, and has AI Filters turned on, as seen in this screenshot:

Child appearance buttons

If you have lots of children at your event, turn on the child-like appearance buttons. Please watch this video to see how:

Custom Filters

There is now the ability to order custom AI Portrait filters for a cost. Please note that you must order your filter(s) at least two weeks ahead of your event, to leave time for the development & back-and-forth with you & your client.

To order:

  1. Create a template with exactly one photo area.

  2. Then select settings in the top right of the screen.

  3. Select AI Portraits.

  4. Select Get a Custom AI Filter.

  5. Fill out intake document and follow subsequent steps.
