How to login, how to switch profiles, differences between the web and mobile app

How to login

First, download the Booxi Mobile App on Google Play or on the App Store. To login, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mobile App

  2. Click the button shown below to set your region (Americas or Europe) and preferred language.

    1. *Note: The following languages are supported:

      • English

      • French

      • Japanese

      • Korean

      • Traditional Chinese

      • Spanish

      • Italian

      • Portuguese

      • Arabic (complete right-to-left support)

  3. Enter your credentials.

  4. Click "Continue".

How to switch profiles

To switch between Booxi accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Mobile App

  2. Open the menu from the upper left corner

  3. Click on the icon shown below:

  4. Click on the profile you want to connect to

Differences between the web and mobile app

  • Can't create group events, but can edit existing ones.

  • Can't add/delete personnel

Create an appointment

Follow these steps to create an appointment from the Mobile App:

  1. Go to the Calendar tab

    1. Click the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen OR press and hold your finger on your desired date/time in the calendar.

  2. Select "New Appointment..."

  3. Enter the appointment information; to learn more about each field, see here.

  4. When completed, click "Save"
