We provide calendar integration into your AI Assistant by using a free service called Cal.com to which customers can connect their existing Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.
With this integration, your AI assistant can seamlessly schedule meetings by checking calendar availability and booking appointments. This integration streamlines the scheduling process by automatically verifying available time slots, collecting attendee information, and creating calendar events. Benefits include eliminating scheduling back-and-forth, reducing manual effort, and enhancing the meeting booking experience.
Where do I go to make this change?
From your Dashboard, locate the assistant that you wish to edit (most people only have one, but we support multiple assistants) and click the Control Panel (this is the button with the three dots, sometimes called an ellipsis menu). From there click Integrate your Calendar.
