Answered Calls
Price for 180 minutes of AI answered calls: €50 plus VAT
Price per minute over this limit: €0.24 plus VAT
Discounts are available for high call volumes - get in touch for a discussion.
Calls are billed per second - we never round up to the nearest minute.
If you embed a chat bot on your website the usage (audio or text) is calculated per second, and comes out of your standard allowance.
The Subscriber Info section at the top of the Dashboard shows your usage in the current billing period.
SMS Messages
Every account has SMS messages turned off by default so you won't be charged unexpectedly.
Every new account gets a generous allowance of 50 free SMS messages to test whether this capability is useful for you.
After the free allowance is consumed, each SMS is charged at €0.12 plus VAT.
You do not need to buy bundles or commit to a minimum spend in order to send or receive SMS messages.
You can enable or disable SMS messages - both inbound and outbound - at any time.
