Run multiple assistants on your account with a different phone number for each

Do you have a requirement for different phone numbers to support different parts of your business? Maybe you want a separate number for sales and support. Maybe you're dealing with multiple regions or jurisdictions. Well now you can run multiple assistants, each with their own phone number from your existing Bot Bureau account.

The best part? There's no additional setup charge! The usage across all of your assistants rolls up within your existing monthly allowance.

On the Dashboard page, click the Add Another Assistant button underneath your last assistant card.

How it works

This will create a duplicate of your most recently created assistant.

✅ Voices will be copied

✅ Defined behaviours will be copied

✅ Business information will be copied

✅ Technical configuration will be copied

❌ Custom integrations will not be copied

❌ Knowledge base will not be copied

The new assistant is a copy at the point of time only. Future changes to each assistant will not automatically sync.

Is there a setup fee for each new phone number?

No, we will register and connect each new phone number within the price you already pay. Fair usage limits apply.

Do I need to pay another monthly charge for each new phone number?

No, the usage for all assistants within one account comes off the same monthly allowance.

Is there a way to invoice separately for each number?

No, because all usage rolls up to account level we invoice all usage at once. If you have high call volumes and have a requirement for separate invoicing, please get in touch and we will look into whether a custom solution is required.
