We offer different Help Centre service tiers depending on the package you select. These can range from 10-50 articles.

We also offer a standalone Help Centre option with a price point that scales with the number of articles you'd like.

Within the platform itself, there's no limit to the number of articles you can add to your Help Centre.

However, we recommend only creating articles for the questions that are going to bring your business the biggest benefits from self-service automation. Having too many Help Centre articles can sometimes overwhelm your customers and lead to more questions.
