The share price of each share class represents the current value of that share class as determined by your company using whatever valuation method you choose.

The share class prices are used to calculate the enterprise value of the company displayed on the 'Admin View' page and the value of an investors holding displayed on their shareholding pages and statements.

To set a share price, access the Share Price page by either:

a. Clicking on the 'Set Share Price' button located in the Enterprise Value panel on the Admin View page, or

b. Clicking on the Company Information link in the left sidebar and selecting the 'Set' button found in the Share price panel.

2. Select the share class in the drop-down menu (Image 3).

3. Enter the share price (AUD) in the Share price field (you can set a share price of up to four decimal places).

4. Select the effective date.

5. Click on the Set Share Price button (Image 3).

6. Check that the information in the Confirm Share Price Changes window is correct and click 'Confirm' (Image 4).

The share price will update in the Share Structure panel (Image 5).
The share price will also update the share class and total enterprise value on the 'Admin View' page and value of holdings for investors with that share class.
