Change your Default Payment Card

Choose which card is the default for your subscription

You may save more than one credit card to your billing account. If payment of your subscription fails on your default card the system will attempt to charge one of the other cards. To change the default card:

  1. Click on the Settings link in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the 'View' button in the Subscription Plan panel.

3. On the Billings page (Image 2), click on the three dots next to the card details of the card you would like to make the new default payment method.

4. Select 'Make Default'.

5. A 'default' tag will appear next to the default payment method (Image 3). Your subscription plan will now be charged to this card at the start of each billing cycle.
