When setting up your LIQUIDISE account for the first time, you can easily nominate an officeholder as a Company Director or Secretary to authorise LIQUIDISE as your ASIC agent.

There are three main steps to sign-up for LIQUIDISE:

  1. Create an account

  2. Add a payment method

  3. ASIC Authorisation

Step 1 - Create an Account

When setting up your account, we recommend using a computer, and not a mobile device. We also recommend that you use a recent version of either Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Opera.

Select the subscription plan you would like to sign up to on the Pricing Page of the LIQUIDISE website.

After selecting your subscription plan, you will be directed to the Create an account page (Image 1). The details of your chosen subscription will appear in the Your subscription box on the right of the page.

For security reasons, there is a two-step verification process, via:

  1. An email with a verification link.

  2. An SMS message to your mobile number.

Step 2 - Add a Payment Method

After verifying your email address and mobile, you will need to add a credit card (Image 2). All subscription plans have a free trial period. Your credit will not be charged until the end of the trial. After the trial period ends, your card will be debited monthly based on your subscription plan. Your card details can be updated at any time in your account settings.

The final step to setting up your account involves nominating LIQUIDISE as your registered ASIC agent (Image 3). LIQUIDISE can only be authorised to perform actions with ASIC on behalf of your company by either a current Company Director or Secretary.

ASIC Agent Authorisation

As you're signing up as an administrator, not a Company Secretary or Director, select the 'Nominate director or company secretary to authorise' option. Next, input the Name and Contact Details of the nominated Director or Company Secretary and click the 'Send Authorisation email' button.

When you click on the 'Send Authorisation email' button, the nominated Company Director or Secretary will receive an email with a link to complete the authorisation process.
