If you are a Director or Company Secretary and have been nominated to authorise LIQUIDISE as your company's ASIC agent you will have received an email invitation. To perform the authorisation you will need to sign-up for an account.
There are three main steps to sign-up for LIQUIDISE:

ASIC Authorisation
Step 1 - Create an Account
When setting up your account, we recommend using a computer, and not a mobile device. We also recommend that you use a recent version of either Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Opera.
Click the 'Create Account' button on the ASIC Authorisation Email.
To create an account, you will need to (Image 1):
Enter your personal details.
Enter your address.
Create your password.
Once you've completed the above, click 'Next'.

For security reasons, there is a two-step verification process, via:
3. An email with a verification link.
4. An SMS message to your mobile number.
Step 2 - ID Verification
Before you can complete the authorisation you will need to verify your identity. LIQUIDISE uses an online service to perform a KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification process (Image 2).
Verify Your Identity
Firstly, enter your date of birth and home address into the provided fields.
Click the Next button, and click verify once you land on the Verify your identity page (Image 2).

Use the drop down menu provided to select the different ID sources you can match your details to, input your details and click Verify these details (Image 3). You will need to match against between 2-4 ID sources in order to progress to the next step.

Step 3- ASIC Authorisation
Select Your Role
The final step (Image 4) to authorise LIQUIDISE as your ASIC representative is to:
Confirm the administrator can administer your company register.
Authorise LIQUIDISE as the ASIC agent on behalf of your company.
Select your role as either Director or Company Secretary, and click the 'Authorise' button.

Account Created Confirmation
When you see the Account created message you are complete (Image 5).
Click Sign In, and you will be directed to the LIQUIDISE Sign in page.
Use the User ID sent in your welcome email and the password you created to sign in.
