Change your Registered Office Address

How to change your company registered office address

According to ASIC "An Australian company must have a registered office to receive correspondence. A registered office does not need to be the same as the company's principal place of business, but it cannot be a post office box."

To change your Registered Office Address, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Company Information link in the left sidebar.

  2. On the Company Information page, click on the 'Change' button in the Registered Office panel (Image 1).

3. In the Registered Office Address window (Image 2), enter the updated registered office and click 'Save'.

4. Your updated registered office address will be displayed in the Registered Office panel (Image 3).

Note: The new registered office address will be updated with ASIC immediately via ASICLink™.
