If you're an administrator of multiple companies on BOULEVARD, you can add all your companies to one account and use one User ID and password to log in.
To add another company to your BOULEVARD account, follow the steps below:
Sign in to your current BOULEVARD account with your User ID and password.
Click on your administrator name in the top right corner, and select ‘Add Company’ in the drop down menu (Image 1).

3. On the Add a Company page (Image 2) enter the following details:
Company Name
ACN
Company Type
then click next.

4. On the Subscription plan page (Image 3), select your preferred plan in the Subscription drop down menu and add a credit card in the payment-method section, and click next.

5. On the ASIC Authorisation page (Image 4) select the 'I am A Director or Company secretary and will perform the authorisation myself' option and click next.

6. The final step to authorise BOULEVARD as your ASIC representative is to confirm your role as a Company Secretary or Director and click the 'Next' button (Image 5).

7. When you see the 'Authorisation was Successful' message (Image 6) you are now complete.

7. Clicking on the ‘View your Companies’ (Image 7) button will display your company list with the company you have just added at the top of the list, and you can begin Allocating Shares to Build your Register.
