Announcements allow you to send a message to all of you company's investors, officeholders and administrators in one action. Announcements consist of a subject, message text and an optional attachment.
To send an announcement:
Click on the Investor Relations link on the left sidebar.
On the 'Announcements' tab on the Investor Relations Page, click on the 'Announcement' button.

3. In the Create an Announcement window, enter the Subject line of the Announcement and the announcement message. You can format your message and embed images using the editor bar at the top of the box (Image 2).

4. You can attach a PDF document to your announcements by clicking 'Attach a Document' (Image 3) and select the files you'd like to attach. To attach more than one file to the announcement:
For Windows Users: Hold down the 'Control' key select multiple PDF files.
For Mac Users: Hold down the 'Command' key and select multiple PDF files
(The Maximum combined size for attachments including embedded images is 20MB).

6. Click Open once you've selected your PDF
7. Review and Click Send.
A notification of your announcement will be sent via email (Image 4) to all investors, officeholders and administrators. Because announcements are sent via email, investors and officeholders do not need to have created an account on BOULEVARD to receive the announcement.

To view your a list of announcements, return to the 'Announcement' tab on the Investor Relations page, and you can view your past announcements (Image 5).

By clicking on each individual announcement, you can view the announcement as well as any attached PDF's in the 'attachments' panel at the bottom of the page. (Image 6).
