The main reasons the 'Create Account' button may not work would either be due to:
The passwords entered do not match, or
Your password does not meet the minimum requirements
Please make sure that the password you have entered in both fields match, and meets the following criteria:
Minimum of 12 characters including at least one each of the following:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special character
Please also make sure there are no spaces after your password.
