You can view a list of the notes you have created on BOULEVARD at any time.
You may delete newly created notes only if they have not been issued to any investors.
Follow the steps below to View and Delete Notes.
Click on the Register link on the left sidebar.
On the Register page, click on the ‘Manage’ button in the Notes panel (Image 1)

On the Notes summary page, the full list of Notes you have created will be displayed in panels. Each panel displays the following information on a Note (Image 2):
Name & Code
Type
Share class
Interest date
Maturity date
Discount Rate
Valuation cap
Face Value
Amount Issued
For headers where there was no information reported when creating the note you will see a dash '-'.

Deleting a Note
Follow the steps below to delete a Note if you've made a mistake.
Notes can only be deleted if they have not been issued to any investors. You will know if a note has not been issued if the 'Delete' button is displayed in the note panel and the 'Amount issued' is reported as ‘0.00’.
Click on the 'Delete' button in the notes panel you want to delete (Image 3).

The deleted note will no longer appear in the Notes summary page, and you will not be able to issue it to investors.
