Note: You need to be on the BOULEVARD Accelerate subscription plan to access Options features.
In order to grant options as part of an ESOP plan or a one time options grant you will need to create an Options Pool. To create an Options Pool, follow the steps below:
Click on the Register link in the left sidebar.
On the Register, click on thew Options tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
On the Options register page, you will see a screen informing you that you have not created any Options pools yet. Click on the 'Create an options pool' button (Image 1).

On the Create an Options Pool Page (Image 2):
4. Enter the Pool name (the name must not exceed 20 characters).
5. Enter a pool code (must be between 2 and 4 characters and can only be letters or numbers).
6. Select the share class in the drop down menu (all the existing share classes will appear in this list.)
7. Enter the total number of options in the options pool.
8. Click on the Save' button.

9. After you have created a pool, you will be directed to the Options Pools page. Your new options pool will appear on the Options Pools page.
