You can edit the number of options available in a pool at any time. You may delete newly created options pools only if no options from that pool have been granted.
Note: the total options pool is not a hard limit, i.e. you can grant more options than are available in a pool. If you grant more options than the total pool the options available to grant will show a negative value.
Follow the steps below to View, Edit and Delete Options pools.
Click on the Register link on the left sidebar.
On the Register page, click on the ‘Manage’ button in the Options panel.
On the Options pools page, the full list of Option pools you have created will be displayed in panels. Each panel displays the following information on an Options Pool (Image 1):
Options Pool name and code
Share Class - the share class the options will be granted against
Total Options Pool - total number of options in the pool
Granted - the number of options already granted
Available to grant - the number of options available to grant (Total Options Pool - Granted)
Unvested - the number of granted option that have not yet vested
Vested - the number of granted options that have vested
Exercised - the number of granted options that have been exercised

Edit the Total Options Pool
You can edit the total number of options in an Options pool at any time by following the steps below:
Click on the 'Edit' button in the top right of the options pool (Image 2)
Enter the updated total options pool in the field provided.
Click 'Save'. Your updated total options pool will be updated.

Deleting an Options Pool
Follow the steps below to delete an Options pool if you've made a mistake.
Options pools can only be deleted if options from that pool have not been granted.
To delete an Options pool:
Click on the 'Edit' button in the Options pool panel you want to delete.
Click on the 'Delete pool' button.
