Follow the steps below to exercise vested options:
Click on the Register link in the left sidebar.
On the Register page, click on the Options tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page (Image 1).

3. On the Options register, select the optionholder in the list that you want to vest options for (Image 2).

4. On the investor's holding page, select the options grant you want to exercise.(Image 3).

5. On the Options grant details page, click on the 'Exercise' tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page (Image 4).

The Exercise page displays the grant details as well as an exercise options panel.
6. In the Exercise Options panel, enter the number of options you want to exercise. The number of options that are available to exercise will be displayed on the far left. This amount is the number of your options that have vested (Image 5).
7. Enter the Exercise Date.
8. Click on the 'Exercise' button'.
Note: The exercise price is the price that was set during the creation of the grant cannot be edited.

9. In the confirm exercise options window, review the transaction details, and click 'Confirm'.
Important note: When you click confirm, new shares will be issued to the investor and the transaction details will be reported to ASIC by filing an electronic Form 484. (Image 6).

10. An options exercised window will appear confirming the issue of shares to the investor.
Click 'Close' to return to the exercise options page (Image 7).

11. When you return to the Options Grant details page, you will see:
The exercise date displayed in the vesting table
The number of options exercised
The vesting event status updated to 'exercised'.
The exercised bar graph will be updated with the amount of options exercised (Image 8).

12. You can go to the investor holding page by clicking the back arrow in the navigation bar.
On the investor holding page:
the exercised amount is displayed in the options panel,
the share issue will appear in the share transactions panel (click on the 'View Transaction' history toggle) (Image 9).
