In order to send subscription offers, you first need to create a fundraising round.
To create a fundraising round, follow the steps below:
Click on the 'Fundraising' link in the left sidebar.
To activate BOULEVARD Fundraising, read and accept the BOULEVARD Fundraising terms of use. (Image 1)

2. Click on the 'Create a round' button if you're creating a fundraising round for the first time (Image 2).

3. On the create a round page, click on the ' Set up now' button to set up a fundraising bank account. This is the bank account where payments from your investors will be deposited (Image 3).

4. On the fundraising bank account page, click on the 'Setup' button and enter the following data (Image 4):
Account name
BSB number
Account number
and click 'Save'.

After saving your fundraising bank account information, click on the back button in the top left hand corner of the screen. This will take you back to the create a fundraising round page.
5. Enter the following fundraising round details (Image 5) :
Fundraising round name (must be between 4 and 30 characters)
Fundraising round code (must be between 2 and 4 characters)
Select the Fundraising round Type (Notes or Shares)

If you selected Notes:
Select the Note Name (this is the note that the notes will be issued in after the investors makes a subscription payment)If you selected Shares:
Select the Share class (this is the share class that the shares will be issued in after the investor makes a payment)Fundraising goal
Open date of fundraising round
Click 'Save' (Image 6)

6. Click 'Confirm' to create the fundraising round (Image 7).

The newly created fundraising round will be displayed on the fundraising rounds page (Image 8). You can create another fundraising round at any time by clicking on the 'Create' button in the navigation bar.
