You can re-send a subscription offer anytime or cancel a subscription offer if the investor has not made a payment. To re-send or cancel a subscription, follow the steps below:
On the fundraising rounds summary page, select the fundraising round.
Select the investor from the offers list (Image 1).
The offer will be displayed in the 'Subscription offers' table on the investors holdings page (Image 2).

To re-send a subscription offer (Image 3):
Click on the envelope icon under 'Actions'
Click 'Confirm' in the re-send offer confirmation window
The investor will be re-sent the original subscription offer email.

To cancel a subscription offer (Image 4):
Click on the cross icon under 'Actions'
Click 'Confirm' in the cancel offer confirmation window.
The investor will receive an email notification that the subscription offer has been cancelled and they will no longer be able to access the subscription offer details on their holdings page.
